Change used process template to MSF for Agile v6.0

Question

We recently migrated to TFS2012. Unfortunately one of my predecessor at work changed our process template really disastrous. So I would like to use MSF for Agile v6.0. I think the only way to choose the process template is when creating a new team project. So what can I do now if I want to change to a new process template? Is this only possible by changing the process templates/workflowes manually? Or are there other options to fulfill this?

According to your description of the issue, seems your TFS 2012 upgrade from previous TFS. The team project create from previous TFS agile template, and the template has been changed a lot. Now, you want to use Agile v6.0. If I have misunderstood anything, please free feel to let me know.

I think you need to update the process template manually according to Agile v6.0 template.

Or, may be you can write a TFS API based on TFS Integration Platform to migrate old team project to Agile v6.0 project.
