TF84037 Issue

Question

Hello guys,

I'm also having this TF84037 error when trying to 'export' work items from team explorer to Excel.
I tried almost everything but with no results:
1. Tried re-install .NET Programmability Support in office (also tried un-installign and then re-installing) I looked here http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/tfssetup/thread/ffe88497-72bf-469d-880b-a2974d0e0e4e - and nothing.
2. Tried uninstall .NET Programmability Support, uninstall team explorer, install .NET Programmability Support , install Team explorer and the SP1 - nothing..
3.remove office completely, install Office again, repair team explorer - nothing...(!?!)

I have Office 2003, VS 2008 +SP1, nothing seems to be helpful and I'm stuck :-(
Other developers in my company also havng this problem.

Regsvr32 "c:\program files\...\VS...\privateAssemblies\TFSOfficeAdd-in.dll"
