Upgrade from TFS 2010 to TFS 2012

Question

Hello 

Just wondering if there an more current document or paper for an upgrade path from TFS 2010 to TFS 2012?

I seen the following posting , but the info is like 5-6 months old

TFS 2010 to 2011 upgrade

Hi Lily 

Actually I came across the following ebook that  a step by step process on how to do this. Also mention some of the pitfalls that one might encounter, which the MSDN link doesn't mention.
