Hi Thiru,
Thanks for your post.
Did you open the TFS Admin Console to check if everything is configured correctly? All the Team Project Collection can’t be connected?
Check the Team Foundation Background Job Agent service in Server Manager, if it not start, please try to start it manually.
And you can try to restart your TFS 2010 Server, on Server machine, click Start and select Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
Additionally, if you installed TFS Power Tools, you can run the Best Practice Analyzer to scan your TFS 2010 Server.
If you have any further research of this issue, please share your experience here.

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply.
I did everything you mentioned above but no luck, i can access the web page of TFS but not see any project in that. The collection itself queued as servicing about 48 hrs.

Hi Thiru,
Thanks for your reply.
Have you scanned your TFS Server?
This issue requires more troubleshooting and I can’t reproduce this scenario on my machine. If it is urgent issue, I suggest you to contact a Professional Support Service at http://support.microsoft.com/common/international.aspx?RDPATH=gp;en-us;offerprophone to gain more support on this case.
