How to Set Alerts when new User added in Team project in TFS 2010

Question

I have scenarion in My TFS Administration that i wan to get email alerts when any user granted permissions of contributor or any persmissions on particular team project or Project Collection.

I have tried with TFS powertools but i am not able to find any alerts for permissions.

Any suggestions will be great..

Hi Madhu,

Thanks for your post!

After consulting with someone familiar with this toppic, I think we don't have any inbuilt functionality to do that. The closest you can get is to write a server plugin using ISubscriber (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.teamfoundation.framework.server.isubscriber.aspx), but all the info needed is not there in the event, so it would take a fair amount of work to filter down to what you need.
