TFS 2010 - Calculating Various Version Control Metrics

Question

I want to get at the following information (and I guess it has to be via the databases directly, that's why I posted to the Administration forum):

#1 I have a project in a collection (contains multiple projects). How do I calculate the total size of sources?

#2 Someone has checked in say ClosedXML.dll. They updated it x times. How do I calculate the total size for all deltas? (including branches it was branched to)

#3 "Checked in bytes / day". Again, on the database level with all deltas.

Can anyone point me to SQL statement / ... that can do this sort of analysis?

A SQL query for SSMS is perfectly fine (I knew there aren't any precanned reports, that's why I asked for guidance. Trying to reverse-engineer the collection database model myself wasn't high on my list...).
