    Thank you for your post.

According to your description of the issue, here are some situations i want to clarify from you:

    1. By "WHERE can I enter my site web??? ", do you mean log on Team Web Access?
Team Web Access is the Web interface that you can use to connect to Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and collaborate and coordinate your efforts with other team members to develop a project. For more information, you can refer to Managing Work Using Team Web Access.

    2. You can create test plans, test suites, test configurations, and test cases with individual test steps using the new application for testers called Microsoft Test Manager. For more information about use MTM start test, you can refer to What's New for Testing, Testing the Application, Quick Start Guide for Manual Testing using Microsoft Test Manager.

    3. Is there any detail log relate to this issue, it will help narrow down the issue.
