    Using

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/tfsadmin/thread/cb8d4b02-6475-4d61-a8ab-89b6fee81328

I will follow this install pattern to create a standalone TFS 2010 Server . Both client and server components will  be installed on the same box.  Does everything look OK to you or not?

    Hi Barkingdog,

    Thanks for your post.

    Your installation order seems ok.

If you want to run the TFS 2010 in domain, after installed the OS(Windows Server 2008 R2), add the machine into domain.

And at the last,  install the Power Tools 2011 December.
