I am a TFS Admininstrator ,when ever i am creating a TFS Project i can add user & my share point also get enabled.
Whenever other TFS admin create project i cannot even view the project & get error as share point status not conecting.
Even i cannot add users to that proejct. As a Admin i sould have permission to view & add user if some else has also created.
Why is it so???

Hello,
On the SharePoint site for your instance (one level up from the project, e.g. http://tfs-server-name/sites/collection-name/, go to Site Actions, Site Settings, Site Collection Administrators and make sure everyone that can create projects is listed in there (including you), and if not, add them.
SharePoint maintains a separate list of permissions than TFS - that is why you get this problem. If you are a site collection administrator, you should be able to grant permissions to the individual project sites as well, even if they were created by someone else.
Thank you,
