i followed this installation guide:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh301122.aspx
in some computers all went well. but in some the team explorer window is missing.
i can't find it even in: window->show view->other. in fact there is no trace for tfs nowhere in eclipse ( it is not appear at reference under team). but it's appear in installed software.
all computers have ubunto 12.04 LTS and eclipse 3.7.2 with eclipse cdt.

Hi,
How about if you go under the plugins folder and features folder for your eclipse installation, do you find the TEE plugins and feature?
Thanks

in order to understand what i am looking for i tried to look for them in computer which the plugin worked.
i find the library usr/lib/eclipse and there i found the 2 directories: plugins and plugins. i don't find in them the plugin. noting with tfs or microsoft.
i also tried to look for tfs / microsoft in the entire file system and find nothing (in case there not in the eclipse folder for some reason).

Hi,
I think it is a permissions issue, you did not have enough permissions to the location where eclipse is installed so the installation of TEE failed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions/issues.
Thanks
Mireille
