How to add the Metro style device app info?

Question

Recently , I am trying "Metro style Device App for Camera Sample" . It tell me to add the Metro style device app info by using the Device Metadata Authoring Wizard  ,before running it .

I follow the steps the document tell me. But it fail. It tell me "Package creation failed: Index was outside the bounds of the array".

I have set the info about Device Companion Application in the "Applications" tab . And i set the hardware id of the camera in my laptop.

Why?
