Developing Metro style Device Apps for Cameras - MFT sample missing

Question

Hi,

I was trying to develop an MFT for a particular camera based on the document "Developing Metro style Device Apps for Cameras" updated on February 28, 2012 . It is mentioned in the document that a SampleMFT0 folder is available as part of the sample "Metro style device app for camera sample". But I couldn't find this SampleMFT0 folder and corresponding source files when I extract "Metro style device app for camera sample".  Can you please clarify this and please send me the link from where I can download this MFT sample.

Thanks for your reply. but this sample also missing the driver mft of SampleMft0.   this sample also referred in "Cameras: Metro style Device Apps" but missed too. So where can I find the sample for driver mft??
