How to create and use a Test APN Database for mobile broadband metro app.

Hi All,

I want to test the APN database functionality for my mobile broadband application (Under Development) .

Is there any way to create and use a Test APN Database. So that I can test this functionality.

Please point some useful link to crate and use a test database if it is possible.
