Access is denied when connect Fx2 device in MoFx2App

Question

     Use USB Fx2 Learning Kit and install driver correctly, but I can not connect Fx2 device in MoFx2App, following is the error information from App Output window:

     "Searching for Fx2 device

      Found 1 matching device interfaces

     Error opening Fx2 device:Error:Access is denied

     No application granted privileged access to Fx2 device. Check the device metadata"

     I check the device metadata and found no wrong setting...what happen about this sample? need your help!

Which version of the OSR Fx2 device do you have?

 It is OSR USB FX-2 Learning Kit V2.0

Jones could you restart the machine and go to Devices and Printers (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers) and press F5 to refresh the container?
