Pocket PC 2003 vs PALM OS

Question

I have c program files for Palm OS ,Now i am developing Windows mobile Pocket pc  2003.I need to know ,Can i use same custom controls (Already using in PALM OS ) for Pocket PC 2003 ?

Is It possible?
