Sync Framework 4.0 CTP Download Problem

Question

When I try to download the Sync Framework 4.0 CTP from the Connect site (via Downloads link on the left), I receive "An internal server error occurred - cannot open file on server" message from the File Transfer Manager.  Attempting to download just the msi directly yields a file not found error message.

Is there another place where I am supposed to be downloading this from?  Is there maintenance going on over the weekend which is messing this up?

I am running Windows 7 x64 and IE8.

Looks like the issue is fixed.  I can now download the file successfully.
