How to specify Synchronization direction using SyncframeworkToolkit

How to specify Synchronization direction for tables using SyncframeworkToolkit. I am not able to do it by SyncSVCUI or through config file.

the syncdirection is at the scope level and not at the table level. there is no property to set this though. if i remember it right, the client side sync controller does an upload first and then a download. you will have to alter this code to cater to setting sync directions...
