File and Folder Sync Over WCF

I'm trying to implement the sync solution using Microsoft Sync Framework. I have to Use WCF Service. How can I Use File And Folder Sync Facility Over WCF Services. 

Please help me out.

the existing file sync provider doesn't work over http.
