WP7 : GPS locator functionality not working while device is going into sleep mood/screen lock

Hello Guys,

 I am developing a windows phone 7 apps with the requirement GPS tracking. As per requirement, locator will be trace after 10/15 mins interval. So I am using background worker thread for this purpose. But now I am facing with a major issue that, GPS locator functionality is not working while device is going into sleep mood. Could anybody, have any idea how to solve/fix the issue?

Please let me know if any other information regarding the issue.
