This form's announcement uses the Verdana font, which is displaying text in greek letters on a XP machine and a Vista machine where the OS language is English and the language for non-unicode programs set to Chinese. This occurs to both IE8 and Google Chrome. In FireFox the forum expectations is not expandable.

This problem does not occur when the language for non-unicode programs is set to English.

Although this looks like a Windows localization bug, changing the announcement to use another font is a quick fix.
