This has happened to me again this morning. I have only just noticed it.
It stopped last night at UK time 23:29:35 and I just restarted it 09:43
My client is getting really upset. It's causing all sorts of problems. I go away on holiday soon, what shall I do then???

You are providing a service here which is completely different from general bugs in software.
This needs to be escalated
