This is the second time that I've posted this issue which is still not resolved. Since receiving the email about moving from the Aug CTP to the Oct CTP and having a problem with the "automatic provisioning" I have been unable to access my account to create a database. The following error is displayed when I log in:

"The service is currently unable to retrieve your data. Please try again later"

Can someone please fix my account? I was contacted by two microsoft reps several weeks ago and they said they would fix the problem.

Following up on this - We are still working with Dan to figure out why his original account went back, but we were able to get a new account up and running.

    Dan,

Sorry this apparently fell through the cracks.  I am tracking it now.  I will try to post back periodically, but if I forget to post something here, you can contact me directly at EvanBa at microsoft dot com.

    Dan,

We are still working on it.  Such are the joys of a new product.  :)

My account is still messed up. Any update on this? I'm supposed to start testing an app with customers on Monday.
