Access to Windows Azure Platform

Question

I m a student and I want to use windows azure platform for developing an app for my project.I dont have a credit card and windows azure pass is taking too long time. Is there any other way for getting access to Windows Azure Platform.

No, you can't. You should wait a time when Azure will approve your request for azure pass from waiting list.
