how to take count between two dates.ie

if we have dates 

2012-06-13 00:00:00.000  and    2012-06-16 00:00:00.000

here the no of days between thees two date is 4.

i want to get Query for this.

i want to get the count between thees two dates..i want to use inside my code..how to rite the Query...

Use the DATEDIFF() function. E.g. DATEDIFF(DAY, StartDate, EndDate).
