I know SSMS has DB Diagrams, but they just are not pretty and printing on multiple paper to be strung up later is a big pain with SSMS Diagrams.
I am looking for something like ERWIN, anybody know ?

Free? No.
There are a number of companies (I am making no recommendation) that offer products that are less expensive than ERWIN.
Search around with your favorite search engine for: import database design erd software

I user an older version of Visio for the limited diagramming that I do. It works acceptibly for what I need to do, but it is easy to make mistakes with it.

PS - I used to use ERWin and loved it, but those days are behind me now. And, of course, ERWin is far from free.
