Is it possible to add new issues or check list to Best Practice Analyzer?

Hi,

I need to automate the verification of SQL coding standards and Best Practices. For that I need a tool that enables me to define new rules/issues that i want to check as part of Best Practices. As in FxCop we can add the new rules/issues to be verified. Is Best Practice analyser THE tool for my requirement?
