Hi,
I provide support for Kaspersky AV products and one of my clients has sent me an email where he no longer is able to connect to the database (SQL Express 05), which is parte of a kaspersky product used for remote admin of AV. He did mention that just before this error he installed SQL Standard 05, as I am not familiar on how SQL versions work, can you guys tell me if these instances can work together? or if you can point me to where I could troubleshooting this error. My client did send me the following Event Error Logs:
1) Database error occurred: #1963 (-2147467259) Database connection is broken "Unspecified error LastStatement='nl_tasks_delete_item'"
2) Database error occured: #1950 (-2147467259) Generic db error:" '[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (WrapperWrite()).]General network error. Check your network documentation."
Thank you.

Thanks you.
I was not able to fllow the steps on the links above as when I contacted the client that had this issue, they had already uninstalled SQL standard and the express edition and just installed SQL standard. Neverthless, thank you for your response.
