UNABLE TO INSTALL SQL SERVER 2008 R2 EVALUATION ON COMPUTER WITH EXISTING SQL SERVER 2008 R2 EXPRESS WITH ADVANCED SERVICES

I have SQL Server 2008 R2 Express with Advanced services installed and now download the Evaluation edition. I am unable to proceed with the installation. I found the setup application in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\SQLServer2008R2 and the set up.exe is an XML Configuration file.
When opening the setup application and selecting the Installation hyperlink on the Left and clicking 'New installation or add features to existing installation', a dialog box appears asking to browse for SQL Server R2 installation media. The dialog box also has 'Computer' directory already been highlighted with the 'ok' button greyed out.
Does anyone know the solution for this issue? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to install Evaluation Edition side-by-side with your existing Express instance. After downloading the Eval edition, are you running setup.exe from that download location?
Thanks,

Thanks Sam for your help. I must have extracted the application to one location and went to the program files to set up the installation.
