Hi Nilkanth,
The Business Intelligence (BI) Templates are only shipped with SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) with specific SQL Server 2012 editions. Besides, Visual Studio 2012 also introduces a SSDT which doesn't has BI Templates. So, I guess the SSDT you ran is the SSDT shipped with Visual Studio 2012 not SQL Server 2012. Please note that the SSDT shipped with SQL Server 2012 cannot be integrated with Visual Studio 2012. In this way, to run the SSDT shipped with SQL Server 2012, please be sure to click Start -> All Programs -> SQL Server 2012 -> SQL Server Data Tools.
If the issue persist, please check the SQL Server Reporting Services Edition from Reporting Services Configuration Manager and capture a screenshot of the SSDT templates list.
Regards,
James
