Upgrading SQL 2005 standard editon 64bit version (9.00.500.00) to SQL 2008 standard edition 64bit version. Need guide or instructions....step by step

Monday, February 04, 2013 6:59 PMI am needing to upgrade my SQL server from 2005 standard edition 64 bit version (9.00.500.00) to 2008 standard edition 64 bit vesrion. I have been trying to find instructions for doing an iplace upgrade and have not found any at this point......Does someone have instructions or can tell me where to download them?
