SQL Server 2008 Developer Edition Installation error: 0x84B10001.

Hi,
Can Anybody help me with this problem:
when Iam trying to install SQLServer 2008 developer edition on windows7 64 bit service pack1 I am getting the following error:
TITLE: SQL Server Setup failure.

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:
Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
error CS0583: Internal Compiler Error (0xc0000006 at address 000007FEE7BB39C2): likely culprit is 'IMPORT'.
error CS0586: Internal Compiler Error: stage 'IMPORT'
error CS0587: Internal Compiler Error: stage 'IMPORT'
error CS0587: Internal Compiler Error: stage 'PARSE'
error CS0587: Internal Compiler Error: stage 'BEGIN'
Error code 0x84B10001.

Please download the media again and install from the new media. Copy the media to your hard drive and install from there.Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. I again downloaded the media and copy it to my hard drive but still getting the same error.
Pl. suggest me any other alternate.
