MSSQLServer Issues on VM created in Windows Azure using the BizTalk 2010 R2 CTP image

Question

I tried following the steps on TechNet to create a VM in Windows Azure using the BizTalk 2010 R2 CTP image.

However, once the Virtual Machine is created the SQL Services are all in the stopped status. When you try to start the services it throws error stating the evaluation period is expired. Is there a way to get around this? Did anybody else face a similar situation?

Try to perform an edition upgrade to a licensed edition of SQL Server using the following procedure:
