SSMS 2005 Missing save result to CSV file ability

I'm working with SQL Server 2005 and found something really odd... On my server, I can save the results of a query on a 2005 database to CSV but on my own machine, I can't.
Run query, then click on the entire grid of results, then right click "Save Results As" and on my PC I get file types of "Export Files" or "All Files" and on the server I get "CSV" and "All Files".
What's wierd is that we both have "Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio" version 9.00.5000.00. We differ on the operating system, one is a pc (Win 7 Pro) and the other is a Windows Server (2003 R2). I've noticed we have different MDAC versions. I'm on 6.1.7601.17514 and the server has 2000.086.3959.00. Our .NET framework is pretty darn close, I have 2.0.5027.5456 and the server has 2.0.5027.3634.
I just can't explain why my pc can't save results as a CSV file. Any ideas?

Hi, can you take a look at a past thread that discusses this behavior?
Thanks,
