Hello,
Using SQL Server 2008 R2 media, perform an in-place upgrade from SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2008 R2. Use the following guide to perform this upgrade.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms144267.aspx
Download and apply SP1 from the following link:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26727
Hope this helps.
