installing adventure works sr4

Question

I wish to install sql 2008 sr4 adventureworks LT

My question is this I wish to install adventure works Lt  sr4 on sql expresss.

My problem is this I want to use aspnet_regsql command line prompt and attach

the sql express database using a silverlight application for example. How do I do that? sql mrembership....  

where are mdf files stored?? Please read this article it can be tricky
