SSRS 2008 not previewing PDF, Excel uploaded documents

Question

We just migrated from 2005 to 2008. We take snapshots of data and upload them to SSRS and then upload them to a folder. I can go to the 2005 SSRS and when you click on tem IE will preview the file in the SSRS window. On the 2008 install we get this error

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
