Are you sure that SQL Server Migration Assistant is free? A license registration is required!
Thanks

Licensing
SSMA is a FREE download, and is available for use by any customer or partner with no charge or any obligations. However, the product requires a license key for activation. The key can be obtained after quick and simple registration. Microsoft reserves the right to use an e-mail address or phone number provided during registration in order to contact a customer regarding his/her SSMA experience. To help you with the registration process, a License Key Required dialog box opens the first time that you start the SSMA programMicrosoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) for Oracle is a tool to automate migration from Oracle database to SQL Server.

Hi Nag Pal, thanks for your suggests.
SSMA (free) doesn't open Oracle dump files and convert them for SQL Server.
The 3rd party tools in http://www.convert-in.com/ord2mss.htm aren't free.
I need to convert only few dump files.
Thanks

Hi pscorca,
If your dump file could be used to restore a oracle database, you can restore it first and use SSMA to migrate to SQL Server.
In ordinary, for dump file converting, you can use "OraDump to SQL" as you mentioned, but it is not free.
You can also connect the oracle support for more information.
Best Regards,
Iric
