I keep getting this message whenever trying to hit my tool bar at top of page (Icons) The message reads: The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context

I would appreciate any help from anyone who has had this happen to them, or knows how to remedy this. I cannot use my computer...stops me from accessing files I need to do business.

Again: the message reads...The requested Lookup Key was not found in any Active Activation Context.

I think it's not related to SQL server . Place the question in the right forum to get a quicker response/answer.
