    Hi Team,

    we have Login failure in prod, with password expiry, so i have taken out rule of password expiry. But i want test the login connection, which is not owned by me

    You can't login as someone else unless you know the password, which would be bad. So you can't check this. You must ask the user to check it. Your best check would be to try to duplicate the problem and validate the fix with a login that you control.
