    Getting this error when I turn on my PC - any advice ?

    your sql server instulation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (could not open sqlevn70.rll) please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem

    This looks like an error with Business Contact Manager. Remove SQL Server using the add remove programs applet and then download SQL Server Express and reintall it.
