Reporting Services Server 2012 related question on Surface Area Configuration

Question

In the Report Server 2012 in SSMS, the Facet, Surface Area Configuration for Reporting Services, none of the following are available. Although they can be set to TRUE/FALSE since they are not available these settings cannot be saved.

ReportManagerEnabled.
ScheduleEvetnsAndReportDeliveryEnabled
webServiceAndHTTPAccessEnabled
