Hi ,
i developed and deployed 10 reports in test server and pre-prod server.
coming to test server some times reports are running fine and some times it is showing the below error in client or our developer systems
"
- An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError)
Get Online Help
- For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors "

To get the exact issue do this:
Enable remote errors through SQL Server Management Studio
-
Start Management Studio and connect to a report server instance. For more information, see Connect to a Report Server in Management Studio in SQL Server Books Online.
-
Right-click the report server node, and select Properties.
-
Click Advanced to open the properties page. For more information, see Server Properties (Advanced Page) - Reporting Servicesin SQL Server Books Online.
-
In EnableRemoteErrors, select True.
-
Click OK.

Hi Nagesh,
Internal errors are uncommon. If you get this error, more information is available in report server trace logs. To determine the specific cause for this message, please post the report server log files, which are located at \Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.<instancename >\Reporting Services\LogFiles.
