Changes to SSRS licensing

Earlier if we deployed SSRS web service on any servers other than SQL Server in NLB mode, then we had to pay for SQL enterprise license for SSRS
Now what happens if I take the SharePoint service application which comes with SQL Server 2012 and deploy it on 2 servers in the SharePoint farm.
(these servers are app servers and don't run SQL relational DB)
What license is to be paid for it?
1. SQL?
2. SharePoint?
3. Both?
Edit: Please point me to some documentation which doesn't need a lawyer to understand.

Hi there,
I advise you to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist by calling 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time).
You can also visit the following site for more information and support on licensing issues - http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/mla/default.aspx
Forums are NOT the best place for discussing license related topics and even if someone gives you an answer, I recommend that you confirm it by speaking to a Microsoft licensing specialist.
Hope this helps.
