Unable to rename sybase column names in SSRS report

Hi all,

I'm running SQL 2008 R2 version of BIDS and connecting to Sybase ASA.

I'm having problem renaming the table column names. Having gone through the Sybase online manual, I understand that there are 3 possible ways of renaming column names in sybase:

column_heading = column_name

column_name column_heading

column_name as column_heading

Unfortunately, non of them worked for me. Is there something am doing wrong? Please help.
