How to change filters based on selection

Question

Hi,

i have a report with 5 parameters(customer,country,salesrep,startdate,enddatte)

and columns (item no,price,date)

and three textboxes in the report (customer,country,salesrep)

when i click on customer i should get customer,startdate,endate in the parameters list and item no,customer by applying filter on item in the columns list of table, same for country and salesrep

How could i achive it

You have to do two things:

First, you need cascading parameters. One parameter changes depending on the value of the first one. Check these for more: 

• Lesson 4: Adding Cascading Parameters (SSRS)
• Cascading Parameters in SSRS 2008

Secondly, you need to filter a table based on the parameters. Check here:
