SSRS Security Problem

Question

Hey i am having problem accessing reporting services links reportsserver and reports.

I am getting the following error

error: User ‘XXX’ does not have required permissions. Verify that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed.

When im running under Administrator it working fine.
