I have an SSRS report which contains a matrix within a matrix and am receiving an error when trying to export this report to excel.  Here us the error log entry for my report: InternalCatalogException: Invalid offset for item.  ReferenceID: ffffffffffffff2d

Is there a solution to this problem?

    Hi Micmac247,

I have tested the issue in both SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services (SSRS2008) and SSRS 2008 R2, however, everything goes well. Here, I suggest that you insert a rectangle into the main matrix before inserting the nested matrix. If the issue persists, you can work around the issue by using subreport instead of nested matrix.

    Hope this helps.
