Error while opening report project - "project factory is unable to create an instance of..."

Question

Hi,

I have recently installed VS.NET 2005 which also installs SQL Server 2005 along with it. However after installing the studio successfully when i try to open a report project it gives the following error -

project factory is unable to create an instance of :
Microsoft.ReportDesigner.Project.ReportProjectManager, Microsoft.ReportingServices.Designer, Version=9.0.242.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=

Please suggest !
