Margin Settings in Programmatic open render and print reports

Question

Hi I have designed a invoice report, it is a pre-printed one. when i print from report preview it is printing correctly. when i  programatically open ,render and print report it is printing but it have one inch left margin. I dont know why. i set all margins in reports as zero and design accordingly.

I have set all the left,right,top marigns to zero. but it is not working

i have referered the document   http://programmingssrs.blogspot.in/    to  print programatically.

is there any way to fix this?
