In Reporting Services' Server properties under Select a Page|Security,'enable ad hoc report executions' is disabled.
Is it by design?
note: The RS is in Native Mode. SSMS was started 'Run as Administrator'

To turn on or off Report Builder by using SQL Server Management Studio
-
Open SQL Server Management Studio and connect to the Reporting Services instance that you want to configure.
-
In Object Explorer, right-click the Reporting Services node, and click Properties.
-
In the Server Properties dialog box, under Select a page, click Security.
-
To turn on Report Builder, select the Enable ad hoc report executions option.
-
-
To turn off Report Builder, unselect the Enable ad hoc report executions option.
-
Click OK.

It is disabled so my selecting/un-selecting will not work.
